the hotel staff was cooperative , and they provided everything i needed. i requested an adapter , and they promptly provided it , along with extra water , tea , and coffee. my parents' anniversary came up , and the staff surprised them with a complimentary gift and cake.
i booked a room with a balcony a couple of times , but i never received it upon arrival. i noticed a cigarette smell from the street when the window was open. there was also a smell of cats at the reception.

the hotel offers a free parking lot, a definite plus with cars. the rooms were clean, and i found the presence of a spa including an indoor pool beneficial. the staff was helpful, and the hotel's location allowed easy city access.
i noticed a very slight cigarette smell in the room upon arrival.
